Symbolisms on this frame:

Two wooden beads on a leather thong is the "Wood Badge", and only worn with the official field uniform.
The McLaren Tarten and the Taupe background represent the neckerchief worn world around as the neckerchief of "Wood Badge".
The leather "turks-head-knot" is called a Woggle and is used as the neckerchief slide.

"Wood Badge" is known as the PHD of Scout training! There is also all kinds of supplimental training as a part of the training continuum.
